Booking / Cancellation Policy

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments may be moved with a minimum of 24 hours notice and can be rearranged up to 2 times. A new appointment date must be chosen at the time of rearranging, subject to availability. Rearranged appointments must take place within 8 weeks of the original appointment date. Deposits cannot be held indefinitely against future bookings. If prices increase between the original booking date and the rearranged appointment date, current prices will apply. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full. Unpaid balances will prevent future bookings.
